Right to Shared Ownership
The right to shared ownership allows tenants to buy between 10% and 75% of the equity in their home. You will be eligible for this scheme if your home has been delivered under the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-2026 and you have lived in social housing for three years and in your current property for at least one year.
