When something goes wrong in your home, we understand that it can cause inconvenience and that you want to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Our in-house maintenance team, Platform Property Care, carry out the majority of repairs and maintenance work on your home - although, in some circumstances, we also use sub-contractors to undertake work.
Looking after your home
Looking after your home is a joint responsibility between you and Platform. It’s your responsibility to take care of your home, report repairs to use and allow us access to your home to undertake any work needed.

Damp and Condensation Mould
Your home should feel safe and comfortable, so if you tell us about damp or condensation mould, we’ll listen and take action.
If it isn’t dealt with it can damage the structure of your home, so it’s important to let us know as soon as you notice a problem.

Retrofit is the process of making changes to existing buildings so that energy consumption and emissions are reduced. These changes should also provide the benefit of a healthier and more comfortable home with lower energy consumption., which also means lower bills.
