We understand that rising household costs can be worrying for many. Safety and Support Services

At Platform Housing Group, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our residents by offering confidential support for domestic abuse and safeguarding concerns. Our dedicated teams collaborate with specialist agencies to provide tailored assistance, fostering a secure and supportive community for all. 

In Worcestershire, we also operate a Falls Response Service, assisting non-injured individuals who have fallen at home. Our team responds to emergency alarm calls, helping residents regain their footing safely and providing referrals for further support if needed.

 

Digital Community

Digital4Everyone

Our Digital4Everyone sessions are a free one stop shop to get you and people in your local community online.

We work with our community partners and volunteer Digital Champions to support regular events in our neighbourhoods to introduce you to what's possible when you get online.
