Our retirement housing is located within established communities, with convenient access to local services including healthcare, leisure facilities and social activities. This enables residents to maintain an active and independent lifestyle while benefiting from appropriate levels of support.

Platform provides self-contained apartments within retirement housing schemes, alongside age-appropriate support delivered through an enhanced housing management service. This includes staff on site 24 hours a day, communal indoor and outdoor areas, and facilities to accommodate visiting family members and guests.

This may include advice to make sure you are receiving the right financial support, or guidance to build confidence using digital devices and online services. These types of support are there to remove worry, help people stay independent, and make everyday life easier.

Money and Benefits Advice We offer free, confidential money advice to help you with your finances and ensure you receive the benefits you are entitled to.
Digital4Everyone If you need help with computing basics, learning to use the Microsoft Office packages, help with email or social media, or are looking for work online, our Digital4Everyone sessions can help you.
Wellbeing Fund Our Wellbeing Fund is open to all Platform customers who are experiencing financial hardship and need short-term support.
