Across these villages, Platform provides self‑contained apartments designed for independent living, with age‑appropriate support from our specialist Retirement Housing Officers.
Customers also benefit from visiting or onsite care services provided by trusted partners, day and night emergency alarm systems, and a variety of shared facilities that support a vibrant community life.

Your Retirement Housing Officer
Your Retirement Housing Officer is there to provide practical support and reassurance as part of the village’s enhanced housing management service. With staff on site 24 hours a day, all year round, you’ll have access to help when you need it, as well as regular planned contact to check in and offer support.
Retirement Housing Officers can help with tenancy and rent queries, organise repairs, encourage involvement in social activities, and make sure essential records and compliance checks are kept up to date. They work as part of a wider team, so you may see your named officer or another team member during regular visits and contact, ensuring consistent support and continuity.
Retirement Apartments
Every customer has a self-contained apartment designed for independent living, with a separate bedroom, living space, kitchen and an accessible wet-room bathroom.
Homes are easy to manage and created with later life in mind, offering privacy and comfort while keeping you close to on-site support and village facilities when you want them.
To help maintain safety and suitability, we carry out regular checks tailored to your individual needs.
Social and Community Spaces
Our retirement villages are designed around welcoming shared spaces that help you stay connected, keep active and enjoy everyday life.
You’ll find inviting places to eat, meet friends and join in with social activities.
