Every quarter we’re giving away £100 in High Street vouchers to lucky prize winners like you! 

We’ve made it easy for you to be in with a chance of winning. 

All you must do is keep your first gas safety or electricity safety check appointment.  That’s it! 

We are required by law to check every resident’s home for gas safety and electricity safety so by giving us access to your home to carry out the check you’re helping us stay efficient and ensuring we’re keeping you and your home safe. 

It is important that you allow us access into your home to complete these checks, as doing so forms part of your tenancy agreement. It’s why we are rewarding our residents who have let us in first time by entering you into a prize draw to win £100 in high street vouchers.  

How to enter: 

Any of our residents who have let us in first time for their gas safety or electrical safety appointment will automatically be entered into our quarterly prize draw to win £100 in high street vouchers. One lucky resident will win, and it could you - you don’t need to do anything more. 

All participants must be over the age of 18 years.
