Pay and Holidays
We value our colleagues and the work they do for our customers and the business and so we offer competitive rates of pay within the sector.
You’ll receive a generous holiday allowance of up to 28 days plus Bank Holidays and the opportunity to buy and sell up to one week’s annual leave each year. Our family friendly policies will support you with balancing work with family or other caring responsibilities.
Health and Wellbeing
We take the health and wellbeing of our colleagues seriously and provide membership to Medicash to all our employees. The scheme allows you to claim back money spent on medical appointments such as dental or opticians’ check-ups but also includes access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) where you can access support and advice about legal matters, mental health, family/domestic matters and much more.
We are proud to have over 45 trained Mental Health First Aiders across the business who you can speak to whenever you need to.
Many of our roles are home based to enable our colleagues to achieve a work-life balance that works for them. You will be given the technology and support to work effectively from home alongside access to the offices for collaborative working or meetings as and when required to meet business needs.
We offer a pension contribution scheme that you have the choice to join with employer contributions of up to 8% (inclusive of life insurance and dependent on employee contributions).
