Platform celebrates Birmingham PRIDE 2023

This weekend saw bright and colourful celebrations light up the streets, with diversity and celebration at the heart of Birmingham Pride 2023.

Platform Housing Group has a culture that embraces all areas of diversity and simply couldn’t miss the chance to attend and celebrate with its community.

Colleagues from the group, manned a popular stand at the event and spoke with attendees about how the group celebrates diversity within its workforce and its customers including having diversity champions and a dedicated Platform Pride group who help educate and stimulate conversations about what diversity means for colleagues and customers alike. Alongside this, the team discussed current vacancies, housing support and grant availability too.
