Wellbeck Way is a Retirement Living scheme, for people who are aged 55 and over who are in reciept of PIP and to those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Wellbeck Way is a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own bungalow while feeling part of something bigger. Wellbeck way comprises of 31 bungalows, some with level access shower and ramp access. TEC call alarm system monitored off site— you can feel confident that support is always close at hand.

Features

A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Wellbeck Way is set in a quite cul-de-sac within a 5 minute drive to the market town of Louth and 5 minute walk to Louth County Hospital. Walking distance of a bus stop with routes to the coast and local towns.
