The one-bedroom apartment coming soon is suitable for a single person or a couple, to be eligible you must be aged 60+ or 55+ if you are in receipt of Personal Independence Payments or Disability Living Allowance.

If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
