Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Severn House is a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while feeling part of something bigger. Severn House comprises 48, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in a corridor setting, each apartment having it's own front door which is accessible from the corridor which gives added security as well as accessing the scheme via a secure door. A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services.
