An in-house wellbeing adviser is also available three days a week.

Residents can take part in a varied programme that includes music, crafts, knit and natter groups, church services, tea and chat sessions, quizzes, indoor games, seated exercise, gardening, art classes, film nights, guest talks and local trips. Seasonal celebrations and fundraising events also play a key role in bringing residents together, with activities linked to occasions such as Easter, VE Day, Ascot and Christmas.

Volunteers, including residents themselves, help support many of these sessions. This gives people the opportunity to share their skills, encourage others to get involved and contribute to the welcoming community atmosphere at Meadow Court.
