Platform Housing are delighted to offer three unfurnished apartments (one ground floor, two first floor), in our retirement living scheme Lullowfield House in the sought after location of Droitwich in Worcestershire.  

Lullowfield House is a Retirement Living scheme exclusively for people aged 60+ or 55+ if in receipt of PIP/DLA. It is located near the town centre of Droitwich, with shops and other amenities nearby. It is also well situated for bus and train services into both Worcester and Birmingham.

The scheme has 33 properties, some of which are one bedroom apartments and others studio apartments. All first floor properties benefit from a balcony. There is a residents lounge on both floors, as well as a dining room and kitchen. There is a self-contained guest room for guests to book with its own kitchen and bathroom, and a car park to the rear of the building for residents and visitors. There is lift access to the first floor.

Please note, applicants for upper-floor flats must be able to safely use stairs in the event of an emergency.

If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form.

You will be offered a starter tenancy and if there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.

Please be aware Housing Benefit / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in, and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.  

If you are a current Private Tenant, Council Tenant or a Housing Association Tenant/Platform Housing Group Tenant you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months’ notice. You will only need to give Notice if you have been informed that you are being considered/offered a property. If you have any further questions, please contact your landlord.

Please note all properties are unfurnished and Platform Housing Group does not cover your contents as part of the tenancy agreement. Contents insurance is the responsibility of the tenant.
