Buttsfield House is a Retirement Living scheme, for people who are aged 55 and over who are in reciept of PIP and to those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Buttsfield House is a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while feeling part of something bigger. Buttsfield House comprises of 30, 1 bed apartments in a corridor setting, each apartment having it's own front door which is accessable from the corridor which gives added security as well as accessing the scheme via a secure door .
Features
A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Buttsfield House is a Retirement Livng scheme situated in the historic market town of Bromyard. It is within walking distance to many amenities and has good transport links to Hereford, Leomisnter, Ledbury and Worcester.
