Customer Voice Panel Member

“I was keen to join the Customer Voice Panel as I want to commit to making a difference for tenants by ensuring Platform is held to account in respect of their overall service delivery to its customers.” 

Having previously worked in both the public sector and private sector and now in local council for many years, I am hoping my experience will give the opportunity for our voices to be heard for the greater good of all tenants.

Birmingham was under-represented on the panel, so I felt it was important to bridge that gap by way of helping to make positive changes. I welcome the opportunity of gaining a better understanding of how Platform consider its tenants in respect of policy and procedure and how tenants are considered in general.
