If you’re passionate about the customer voice being heard and want the opportunity to make a real difference in how we shape our services, you may be interested in joining our Customer Experience Panel (CEP).

The Panel is made up of customers, board members and senior colleagues to ensure that we consider the customer in all of our decision making. The Panel meet virtually on a regular basis and being an active panel member means feeding back on and contributing to key policies, processes and strategies.
