Platform Property Care shortlisted for top industry awards
Platform Property Care – a subsidiary of one of the UK’s largest housing associations, Platform Housing Group – is a finalist in four categories in the ASCP 2023 awards.
These are:
- Customer Service Excellence Award;
- Resident Engagement Strategy Award;
- Safety and Compliance Initiative of the Year Award;
- Safety and Compliance Training and Development Award.
The winners will be unveiled at the ASCP Conference and Exhibition which takes place on 14 – 15 June at Telford International Centre in Shropshire.
The Customer Service Excellence Award and the Safety and Compliance Initiative of the Year Award entry focused on the social landlord’s employment of the Voicescape Compliance solution resulting in a significant increase in customer’s first-time gas appointments; in 8 months, the rate of no-access appointments has reduced by 20 per cent;
The Resident Engagement Strategy Award entry focused on the introduction of a live video solution to identify gas problems within a customer’s home, resulting in a level of customer service not seen before;
The Safety and Compliance Training and Development Award entry focused on the collaborative training practices between teams which has resulted in better team skills, increased efficiency and a better service for customers.
Phil Trickett, Heating Services Delivery Manager at Platform Property Care said: “To be a finalist in these awards really is a credit to the powerful digital and training solutions embraced and delivered by our colleagues. We are providing a faster, more proactive approach to engaging with our customers and having quality conversations to meet their requirements.
