Platform Housing Group are delighted to offer three one-bedroom unfurnished apartments (one ground floor and two first floor), available within the seaside town of Skegness.
Richmond Court has 27 apartments. There is non-resident management staff and 24 hour Careline alarm service. There is a lift to get to the upper floor, residents lounge, laundry room, dining room and guest facilities. Residents can meet and chat in the extensive gardens.
Located close to the local Tesco and Lidl supermarkets, a short walk into the town centre and seafront with its many amenities including doctor’s surgery, post office and shops. Skegness railway station is also a short distance from Richmond Court, with services connecting you to surrounding areas including Boston, Grantham and Nottingham.

Lift in the building to access the apartments. Please note, applicants for upper-floor apartments must be able to safely use stairs in the event of an emergency.

You will be required to pay one month’s rent in advance prior to signing for the property £674.10. Please note our preferred method of payment is via Direct Debit and we accept Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
Please note that if you are claiming Housing Benefit or Housing Element of Universal Credit there are some personal service charges that would not be covered. These are £10.29pcm for Administration Management, £8.39pcm for personal electricity, £52.03pcm for heating, and there is a £8.15pcm charge towards the cost of support. If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
Please be aware Housing Benefit / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.
If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.

If you are a current Private Tenant, Council Tenant or a Housing Association Tenant / (Platform Housing Group Tenant) you will be required to give notice on your current home.
