Huntingdon Gardens is a scheme comprising of studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments, and a small number of 2-bedroom apartments. There is a lift to take you to upper floors and other facilities include a laundry room and communal lounge. If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form.
You will be offered a starter tenancy and if there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
