Churchill and Elizabeth House are a Retirement Living scheme for people aged 55 and over who are in receipt of PIP, and for those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Churchill and Elizabeth House are a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while feeling part of something bigger. Churchill and Elizabeth House comprises 13, 1 bedroom bungalows in a corridor setting, each bungalow front door is accessible from the corridor which gives added security as well as accessing the scheme via a secure door. TEC call alarm system monitored off-site — you can feel confident that support is always close at hand.
Features
A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.
Location
Spilsby is a historic market town primarily known as the birthplace of the renowned Arctic explorer Sir John Franklin. Churchill and Elizabeth are a short walk to the town centre of Spilsby where there are a variety of supermarkets, independent shops, chemist and GP surgery. Bus stops are also in the town with regular routes to Boston and Skegness.
