I joined Platform Voices to learn more about how Platform Housing Group makes decisions that affect customers like me — and quickly discovered how rewarding it is to take part, which led me on my journey to becoming a Customer Voice Panel member.
I feel genuinely listened to and inspired by the open discussions between customers and Platform colleagues and I’m helping to ensure customer feedback continues to influence decisions at every level, including the Board.
With a background in property management and sales, I’ve worked closely with developers, landlords, tenants, and contractors, always championing clear communication and excellent customer service. I bring experience in negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving, and I’m passionate about helping others see how their input can shape Platform’s services for the better.
I’m proud to represent customers on the Customer Voice Panel and look forward to making a positive, lasting difference.
