Our Localities
We’ve listened to your feedback and one thing you told us is that you want services that feel closer to home, with teams who really understand your area.

To make this happen, we are moving to a new localities model. This means our housing, property services and asset management teams will be organised around three main localities – Severn, Tame and Witham – each with dedicated teams who know the homes and communities you live in.

What this means for you
- You’ll have a more local service, with Platform colleagues who understand your community and its needs.
- Issues will be resolved more quickly, as our local team is on hand and focused on supporting you and customers in your area.
- Your voice will be better heard, as our teams work in partnership with you to improve homes and services.
- You’ll still contact us in the same way as before – but the people supporting you will be more closely connected to your area.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to put customers at the heart of everything we do. By organising ourselves locally, we can provide services that are easier to access, more joined-up, and more accountable to the communities we serve.
