Platform Property Care - a subsidiary of Platform Housing Group – has been shortlisted in the Best Repairs and Maintenance Innovation category in the 2022 Housing Digital Innovation Awards.
The winners will be unveiled on Thursday 9 February next year at a special event at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.
Duncan Palmer, Head of Responsive Repairs at Platform Property Care said: “To be shortlisted for the Best Repairs and Maintenance Innovation Award really is a credit to our internal team of BI developers and managers that have embraced the BI software. Platform Property Care has transformed the way we report and measure data; the level of information we have to hand enables us to make informed decisions and drive real time service improvement as well as supporting operative engagement. It is also a great feeling to see our teams getting the recognition they deserve; we all know how difficult repairs and maintenance has been for housing associations up and down the country over the last 18 months.”
The entry focused on the use of Power BI in Property Care, allowing the organisation to connect all of its data sources and provide it with the ability to analyse, share and promote insights across the business.
Duncan concluded: “Platform Property Care has transformed the way we report and measure data; the level of information we have to hand enables us to make informed decisions and drive real time service improvements as well as supporting operative engagement.”
