Tina O’Dell from the CAFLO Centre in Birmingham has received the Community Partnership Award at the 2025 Community Heroes Awards. Tina’s dedicated leadership has transformed the CAFLO Centre into a vital community hub, providing inclusive, supportive, and tailored services.
Her impactful initiatives include youth activities, digital inclusion sessions, and social programmes for older adults. Notably, Tina led an extensive community effort during Christmas, delivering hampers and organising festive events to ensure no one was alone during the holidays.
