This award recognises someone who has gone above and beyond to create a more inclusive, respectful and diverse community. It celebrates people or groups who have helped others feel valued and welcome regardless of their background, identity or experience. 

This could be through community activities, support networks, advocacy, cultural events, or initiatives that reduce barriers and build understanding between different groups.
