Amira

When Amira joined Stay Nimble, she was new to the UK and struggling to find work. She lacked confidence and wasn’t sure where to start so that’s when she approached us for help and our careers coach supported her. Amira has now settled into a more stable job, is building new skills, and has started a career she truly enjoys.

James

James tried out a few paths but found himself unemployed and unsure what to do next. He didn’t want to keep “job hopping” without finding the right fit and he also had a block in his CIPD Level 3 studies which was preventing him passing his course for his chosen career path.

With the guidance and interview support from the career coach, James secured a job he enjoys and has gained valuable experience for the future. James has now settled in the UK and has a more stable job, gaining lots of skills and has started a career that he enjoys

Sarah

Around a year ago Sarah was stuck with her career and had tried a few different paths but couldn’t find anything that suited her. She also spent some time unemployed and not sure what to do next and did not want to be a ‘job hopper.’

Sarah was supported to search for roles that were suitable to what she wanted and needed at the time through job searches and provided with the knowledge and confidence for interviews.  

She was successful and got the job that she wanted that suited her lifestyle and that will be useful for the rest of her career.

Sarah said: “My career coach checked in on me and given me a lot of guidance, she has supported me to improve my CV so I feel more confident about applying for roles and I’ve had various successes with interviews. I am now embarking on my CIPD Level 5 and she is there providing great support.
