We have been recognised as one of the UK’s Outstanding Employers for 2026 by the prestigious Ethnicity Awards, with one of our colleagues shortlisted in the national Future Leader category.
The annual Ethnicity Awards celebrate organisations and individuals making a significant contribution to improving ethnicity, equity and inclusion across the UK. Our Outstanding Employer recognition follows our submission to the Investing in Ethnicity Maturity Matrix, which assesses how organisations are embedding ethnicity inclusion across areas including leadership, recruitment, progression, culture and community impact.
Tom Piotrowski, our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager said: “Being recognised as one of the UK’s Outstanding Employers is a fantastic achievement and reflects the commitment we’ve made to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
“This recognition belongs to colleagues across Platform who continue to challenge, learn and support one another every day. While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we also recognise that inclusion is an ongoing journey and we’re committed to continuing to learn and improve.”
We are also celebrating the success of Jeannysse Biyoghe, our Enterprise Project Management Office – or EPMO – Manager, who has been shortlisted in the Future Leader Category.
The award recognises individuals in the early or middle stages of their careers who are demonstrating exceptional leadership potential while making a positive impact on ethnicity, diversity and inclusion within their organisation and beyond.
Tom added: “We’re especially delighted to see Jeannysse recognised nationally as a Future Leader. She is a fantastic ambassador for Platform, and her passion, leadership and commitment to creating positive change make this recognition thoroughly deserved.
“To have both our organisation and one of our colleagues recognised nationally demonstrates the importance we place on creating an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.”

The winners will be announced at the Ethnicity Awards ceremony in London on 22 October 2026.
