We’re making it easier for you to stay on top of your payments.


Working with our payment partner, All Pay, we’re introducing a new email notification service for customers who pay by Direct Debit.

What’s changing?

Currently, if a payment is missed, our team get in touch with your direct.   Soon, you’ll have the option to receive quick and convenient email alerts instead. These will let you know:

  • When a Direct Debit payment is due
  • If a payment has been missed or has failed

Why is this better for you?

  • Faster updates – you’ll know straight away, rather than waiting for a letter
  • More convenient – easy access to reminders on your phone or computer
  • Greener choice – reduces paper and helps us support sustainability

What happens next?

We’re currently checking the email addresses we hold to make sure they’re correct and up to date. This is part of our commitment to protecting your information under GDPR regulations.

Once this is complete, All Pay will begin contacting customers directly by email to ask if you’d like to opt in to this new service. An example of this email can be seen in the image above.

Not everyone will be contacted straight away, but if you pay by Direct Debit and we have a verified email address for you, you’ll receive an invitation in due course.
