Our Heating Installation Service is Now In-House!

We’re pleased to announce that from 1st September, our heating installation services in Tame East and Witham will be delivered by our own Platform Property Care engineers.

With the heating installations now managed directly by our trusted Platform Property Care team, we can ensure our high standards are being met and that you receive an excellent customer service.

Our engineers are directly employed by Platform, meaning they are fully trained and compliant with all service standards as well as receiving extensive customer service training. They will always wear Platform ID badges and have been DBS checked so you can feel confident that our engineers are trustworthy and committed to ensuring your home remains safe and secure.

By bringing our heating installation services in-house, we’re reducing unnecessary handovers and improving coordination across our teams. This will save time and reduce delays, allowing us to provide quicker and more efficient installations.
