We are pleased to share our new Asset Management Strategy, which sets out how we will continue to care for our homes and invest in them over the coming years. This strategy strengthens our commitment to ensuring every Platform home is safe, good quality and sustainable – now and for generations to come.
Your home, your safety and your comfort are at the heart of everything we do. This new approach helps us plan more effectively, make responsible decisions and continue improving our homes and communities.

The strategy sets out how we will:
✔ Keep your home safe
Safety remains our top priority. We will continue to meet all legal safety requirements and respond to new regulations to make sure our homes are safe places to live.
✔ Invest in quality
We will replace and improve key parts of homes as they age, focusing on the areas that matter most to customers — such as kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows and heating systems.
✔ Improve energy efficiency
We want all our homes to be warm and affordable to heat. Our longterm plans include improving insulation, upgrading systems and making homes more energyefficient, helping to reduce carbon emissions and support our journey toward a greener future.
✔ Make responsible investment decisions
For a small minority of homes, we need to carry out additional checks before making longterm decisions. During this time, all essential safety work continues to keep customers safe.
✔ Plan for the future
This strategy is the first step in a longer journey. Over time we’ll be creating a clear plan for every home, helping us invest in the right way, at the right time, and in the right places.

We know how important a safe, comfortable and secure home is. By strengthening the way we understand and invest in our homes, we can:
