As part of our wider customer data refresh project, we’ve introduced a simple online form that lets you securely update your information in just a few clicks. This is in direct response to many of you telling us that you’d prefer to do this online, rather than over the phone.
How it works
- You’ll receive an email from us with a link to the form and a unique code.
- Simply enter the code in the form when prompted - this helps us verify it’s really you.
- Submit your updated information and we’ll do the rest.
We’ll also be making the form available on our website here, so if you’d rather not click on a link in the email we send you, please access our online website form, enter your code and update your details.
