Young Person Award
This award is presented to a young person (up to 25 years old) making a difference through volunteering, fundraising, caring, or advocacy. This award also celebrates those who have shown resilience by overcoming personal challenges to create a positive impact for themselves or others.
Young Person Award 2026 Winner
Fifteen-year-old Ryan Eversham from Droitwich won the Young Person Award at the 2026 Community Heroes Awards for his dedication to volunteering.
Through Moving Forward at Westlands Community Centre, Ryan supports the community fridge and café, welcomes visitors and helps younger children at a local youth group.
His kindness, reliability and positive attitude show how young people can help build stronger, more connected, supportive communities.
