What does this mean for me?
- You can claim up to £500 per year from Platform towards essential repair costs, as long as they meet certain guidelines.
- This support lasts for 10 years from the start date of the very first lease on your home and only applies if you own less than 100% of your home.
- After the 10-year period ends, all repairs will be your responsibility.
