This apartment is located within walking distance of Atherstone town centre.

Suitable for one person or a couple. Preference given to those with a local connection to the area covered by the North Warwickshire Borough Council.

Allocated as a sensitive let. Applications are subject to an interview including a home visit.

If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.

If you are currently renting you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months’ notice. You will only need to give Notice if you have been informed that you are being considered/offered a property. If you have any further questions, please contact your landlord.
