Maxey Court is a Retirement Living scheme for people aged 55 and over who are in receipt of PIP, and for those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Maxey Court is a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while feeling part of something bigger. Maxey Court comprises 33 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in a corridor setting, each apartment having it's own front door which is accessible from the corridor which gives added security as well as accessing the scheme via a secure door. TEC call system monitored off-site - you can feel confident that support is always close to hand.
Features
A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Maxey Court is situated in the historic market town of Louth in Lincolnshire. It is close the the AONB The Wolds and is ideally located for transport routes to the coast and other local towns. There are a number of amenities nearby.
