Henwick House is a Retirement Living scheme, for people who are aged 55 and over who are in reciept of PIP and to those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Henwick House is a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while feeling part of something bigger. Henwick House comprises of 48, 1 and 2 bed apartments in a corridor setting, each apartment having it's own front door which is accessible from the corridor which gives added security as well as accessing the scheme via a secure door. TEC call system monitored off site - you can feel confident that support is always close to hand

A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Henwick House is in walking distance to Worcester City Centre, close by is the cricket grounds and the river severn which runs through Worcester. There are good transport links with Worcester Foregate Street Station located 1 mile away. There are many amenities nearby in St Johns and the City centre.
