Geraldine Court is a Retirement Living scheme, for people who are aged 55 and over who are in reciept of PIP and to those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Geraldine Court  is a true “community within a community” where you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while feeling part of something bigger. Geraldine Court comprises of  24, 1  bed  apartments  in a corridor setting, each apartment having it's own front door which is accessable from the corridor which gives added security as well as accessing the scheme via a secure door .

A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Location

Geraldine Court is situated near Barnards Green in Malvern, Worcestershire.  It is within walking distance of a local shopping area with many amenities. There are bus links to other parts of Malvern including Great Malvern with its theatre and shopping centre and Malvern retail park. There is a train station within 1.5 miles. The Malvern Hills AONB is on the doorstep for those who like walking or just relaxing in nature.
