Epperstone Court is a Retirement Living scheme for people aged 55 and over who are in receipt of PIP, and for those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

Epperstone Court comprises 74 1 beds and 13 2 bed properties. There are also 4 external blocks which all house 1 bedroom properties without a lift. TEC call system monitored off-site- you can feel confident that support is always close to hand.

A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Epperstone Court is sited in the middle of West Bridgeford which is an affluent area on the outskirts of Nottingham. Great Bridgeford is a town with small parks, cosy cafes and runs along the River Trent.
