All features are low-level and accessible for mobility.

There is a 24-hour alarm service, a recently refurbished communal lounge, a library, an assisted bathroom, a recreation lounge, a hair salon, and a scooter store (space allowing). A guest room is available with twin beds, equipped with drink-making facilities, a fridge, TV, and en-suite shower room. There is limited parking on-site, but several public car parks are close by. The main shopping area is just a 5-minute walk, and Morrison’s supermarket is right next door. Local services such as a GP, dentist, post office, leisure centre, and theatre are all available in the immediate vicinity. Louth is a lovely market town with plenty of history and sights to see. The bus station is directly opposite the scheme, offering routes to other towns and cities, and the coast is just 13 miles away by car or bus!
