You will be required to pay one month’s rent of £694.01 including service charges in advance on the tenancy start day . Please note that if you are claiming Housing Benefit or Housing Element of Universal Credit there are some service charges that would not be covered. These include a £96.23pcm for personal heating, £10.31pcm for personal water, £15.98pcm admin fee, and £7.79pcm charge towards the cost of support. If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
