Beech Grove etc is a Retirement Living scheme, for people who are aged 55 and over who are in receipt of PIP and to those aged 60 and over. Designed to support independent living. Customers benefit from the reassurance of a dedicated Retirement Housing Officer 5 days a week, alongside an on-site presence twice weekly.

A dedicated Retirement Housing Officer is there to offer practical help, advice, and reassurance, from wellbeing visits and property checks to support with maintenance and accessing Platform Housing services. There are also opportunities to get involved in social activities (or simply dip in when it suits you), alongside help to access specialist advice and maximise income where needed.

Location

Beech Grove is on the outskirts of Louthm Local buses are available form the csheme to the town centre. Louth Town Centre offers the county Hospital with Urgent Care Treatment, Drs surgery, post office, shops and restaurants.
