My day-to-day job involves lots of problem solving and internal customer interaction so being able to transition this over to Platform is great and I’m able to look at any problems from a solution based mindset as well as being able to articulate them in ways which people may understand.
Being a people person, I always find it easy to speak to people about issues and ideas, which works great within the CVP role as it allows me to bring a voice for people who may not have the confidence to speak up, especially for those who are customers of Platform. I enjoy being able to be a cog in the wheel of shaping the future with Platform and being able to provide insight into how a customer thinks and what they may want.
