Emma Palmer
Chief Executive
Emma has more than 30 years’ experience across housing associations and local government. Before joining Platform, she spent eight years as Chief Executive of Eastlight Community Homes, leading the organisation through significant growth, organisational change and service improvement.
Throughout her career, Emma has championed customer voice, local decision making and accessible housing. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and was appointed as the government’s Disability and Access Ambassador for Housing in 2025.
