I have been on the panel for three months and joined to help others to put their points and ideas across. 

From writing monthly financial articles in a trade union magazine to being on the committee of The Birmingham Association of Youth Clubs with Sir Adrian Cadbury, I have been involved in several projects, including planning and overseeing the refurbishment of a Working Men’s Club, turning part of it into a Sports Bar. 

I never wanted to grow up, and I bring that childlike open-mindedness to the panel.
