Green Champions
Our Green Champions are customers who volunteer to help develop and support sustainability initiatives at Platform – if you’d like to get involved with green policies and projects, this is for you!
What is involved in being a Green Champion?
There are no obligations or formal commitments, customers can get involved as much or as little as they like. As a green champion you’ll:
- Be invited to join meetings online 2 or 3 times a year to hear about the latest sustainability updates at Platform and to share your ideas
- Have the chance to influence our sustainability plans
- Get access to sustainability tips and updates
- Be part of a network of like-minded customers who care about improving the environment and our local communities.
Your skills:
You don’t need to be an expert, just enthusiastic! We are looking for people who:
- Are interested in the environment and sustainability – that could be anything from energy and waste to green spaces and wellbeing
- Are keen to educate and inspire others
- Have an understanding of, and commitment towards, equality and diversity
