Platform Voices
We are committed to delivering a service that meets the individual needs of our customers. Through our Customer Voice Panel, we actively engage with a diverse range of customers to ensure their perspectives and needs are at the heart of our decision-making. This helps us continuously improve and tailor our services to better serve everyone.
Diversity Grants
If you have a small community project that champions equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), we’d love to support you. Our Diversity Grants help fund initiatives that make a real difference in creating more inclusive, accessible, and equitable communities.
To apply, simply complete a Community Chest application and highlight the specific EDI focus of your project in the relevant question.

Our Digital4Everyone sessions are a free one stop shop to get you and people in your local community online.
We work with our community partners and volunteer Digital Champions to support regular events in our neighbourhoods to introduce you to what's possible when you get online.
