We've appointed an Interim Chief Executive

We have announced the appointment of Kevin Bolt as Interim Group Chief Executive, following the upcoming departure of Elizabeth Froude at the end of January 2026.  

Kevin brings extensive senior leadership experience from across the housing sector.  Until recently, he served as Interim CEO at Octavia and previously spent nine years as CEO at bpha, where he strengthened financial performance, improved governance ratings and led major investment programmes in homes and digital transformation.  

He will join us on 5 January 2026, initially part time to ensure a smooth handover, before assuming the Interim Group Chief Executive role full time from 1 February 2026.  

The Board expects to confirm the appointment of our new permanent Group Chief Executive in December 2025, following a comprehensive recruitment process.
