We have delivered 29 new affordable homes in Worcestershire as national delivery reaches five year high
We have completed 29 new affordable homes across Worcestershire during 2025/26 as part of our strongest delivery performance in more than five years.
The homes formed part of a record year which saw us complete 1380 homes across England, helping us climb from 10th to eighth place nationally in Inside Housing’s annual Biggest Builders Survey.
Across Worcestershire, we:
- Completed 29 new homes;
- Started work on 25 more;
- Delivered 26 social rent homes;
- Started 15 social rent homes.

“The strong pipeline of homes under construction demonstrates our long term commitment to investing in communities across the county.”
Homes have been delivered across a range of tenures, helping first time buyers onto the housing ladder while also increasing the supply of affordable rented homes for local families.
One such development is Lower Orchards in Crowle; built on Froxmere Road and providing 12 new homes the site remains an example of how important it is to provide rural communities with homes that are suited to the area and provide real opportunities for local people to be able to live there.
We currently own and manage more than 51,000 homes across the Midlands and expect to complete approximately 1600 further homes during 2026/27.
The Inside Housing Biggest Builders Survey is an annual ranking of housing associations based on the number of homes completed during the previous financial year.
