We have been named as a runner up in a top community award

We have been commended in the Collaborative Working category in the 2025 Building Communities Awards.
The awards recognise and champion professionalism, excellence and innovation within the housing and construction community.
The category was sponsored by ventilation specialists, EnviroVent.
The winners were unveiled at a ceremony on Friday 28 March at Derby’s sports complex, Derby Arena.
Our award entry focused on our Digital4Everyone programme; this initiative helps people across our communities to get online and get the most out of being online. By working with a range of community partners – and with the support of volunteer Digital Champions – we offer more than 60 customer led one stop shop sessions every month. Sessions help people looking for work, connect with others, access services, save money and manage their tenancies with us.
Chris Reed, our Community Investment Project Manager said : “We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised at this year’s Building Communities Awards; it is so well deserved by the team and everyone involved in this project. The accolade confirms our ethos which is to ensure that all of our customers, no matter their location, have the ability and support to get online and prosper. Thank you to all those who make this happen on a daily basis!”
The awards are organised by EEM, a not for profit procurement consortium offering cost and efficiency savings for the public sector across England and Wales.
