At Platform, I’ve experienced first-hand how small adjustments can have a big impact. Now, I find it easier advocate my needs (and that of others), perform to the best of my ability and be myself. Organisations don’t know exactly what type of support a person may need, and they don’t get things right every time, but I feel confident my team will do everything in their power to support me, when I express a need.
